Where is Piedmont Health SeniorCare?
Once operational, the Piedmont Health
SeniorCare Day Center will be located conveniently at 1214 Vaughn Road
in Burlington, NC 27217 to allow
access for all of Alamance and Caswell counties.
The majority of services will be delivered at the Day
Center, although some services will be provided at the participants'
homes or at the facilities of partnering community providers. We expect
that our participants will visit us in our Day Center approximately
three times per week.
Transportation to and from this center will be
provided.
