Where is Piedmont Health SeniorCare?
The Piedmont Health
SeniorCare Day Center is located conveniently at 1214 Vaughn Road
in Burlington, NC 27217 to allow
access for all of Alamance and Caswell counties.
The majority of services aree delivered at the Day
Center, although some services are provided at the participants'
homes or at the facilities of partnering community providers. Our participants will choose to visit us in our Day Center approximately,
three times per week, although some attend once while others attend five days per week.
Transportation to and from the center and to other medical appointments is
provided.
