Piedmont Health SeniorCare is an authorized program of all-inclusive care for the elderly. The program became operational December 2008.
Piedmont Health SeniorCare is a program of Piedmont Health Services, Inc (PHS). PHS is a
private, non-profit organization which has served communities in central
North Carolina since 1970. The mission of PHS is to provide access to comprehensive health care and
support services to all members of our community, with a special focus
on those for who access and quality of care has become increasingly
inadequate.

PHS operates six community health centers to
serve a seven-county area, including Caswell, Alamance, Chatham, Orange,
Person, Randolph and Lee. We offer comprehensive, bilingual, primary
care services, and offer a sliding fee scale payment option for those
who qualify.
